Özet
Edebiyatla toplum ilişkisi ve yazarın topluma bakışı, edebi eserin derin yapısında kendini hissettirir. Edebiyat sosyolojisi de yazarın şahsiyeti ve eseriyle sosyal çevre arasındaki yapıyı irdeler. Bu çerçevede Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar'ın Mahur Beste eseri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
Mahur Beste; eser, yazar, dönem, okur ve yayın-dağıhm çerçevesinde sosyolojik bakış açısıyla ele alınıp eserin sosyal yapısı hakkında sonuçlara varılmıştır.

Abstract
The relatioship between literature and the society and the writer's blink to the society are felt in the deeps tructure of literary works. The sociology of literature researches the structure between the writer's character and his work and social surroundings. In these terms, 'Mahur Beste' by Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar has been examined.
With 'Mahur Beste', I tried to induce the sociologicasl tructure of the work by means of work, writer, period, reader and publication.
