Özet
Roman, tarihi olay ve kişilerden konu olarak yararlanır. Erol Toy’un Azap Ortakları adlı romanında Şeyh Bedreddin’in hayatı ve düşünceleri, müritleri Börklüce ve Torlak ile başlattıkları isyan konu edilmiştir. Yazar, tarihi bir gerçekliği, Marksist ideoloji çerçevesinde kurgulamıştır. Bedreddin, eserde yüceltilmiş, önder bir kişi olarak yer alır. Yeryüzü cenneti olarak adlandırılan sınıfsız, sömürüsüz, ütopik bir düzen kurulmaya çalışılır. Ortaklar, bu düzenin ilk örneğidir. Ayrıcalıklarını kaybetmek istemeyen egemen sınıf, Bedreddin ve müritlerinin isyanını kanlı bir şekilde bastırır. Toplumcu gerçekçi eserlerde yazar, olumlu bir tip çizer ve bu kahraman aracılığıyla geleceğin toplum yapısını kurgular. Bedreddin, romanda, ayaklanmanın düşünce yönünü temsil eden bir devrimcidir. Bu makalede Şeyh Bedreddin isyanının Azap Ortakları romanında, tarihi kaynaklar ve yazarın Marksist bakışı doğrultusunda kurmaca gerçekliğe dönüştürülmesi üzerinde durulmuştur.

Abstract
The novel makes use of historic events and characters as subject. The life and thoughts of Sheikh Bedreddin and the rebellion which his disciples Börklüce and Torlak start are the subject of the novel called Azap Ortakları by Erol Toy. The author has fictionalised a historical reality in the frame of Marxist ideology. Bedreddin takes place as a glorified leader at the work. A utopian order called the heaven on earth without classes and exploitation is tried to be established. The partners are the first examples of this order. The dominant class which doesn’t want to lose its privilege suppresses the rebellion gorily. In social realistic works, the author draws a positive type and constructs the social structure of the future through this hero. In the novel, Bedreddin is a revolutionary who represents the thinking aspect of the uprising. It is emphasized in this article that Sheikh Bedreddin rebellion has been converted to a fictional reality according to the historical sources and the Marxist perspective of the author in the novel Azap Ortakları.
