THOSE WHO CAN NOT HOLD NOTES FROM THE UNDERGROUND
Comperative literature is generally two different literary texts compared in different aspects and this way shows the relationship between literary texts. Humanity targets reality by using comparisson and comparity. But in literature the main purpose is to look at a text or texts and seeing them in a comparetive point of view. Today, it is possible to say that comperative literature has a certain role.The basis of our study will consist of Oğuz Atay’s “Tutunamayanlar” and Dostoyevski’s “Yeraltından Notlar” Both novels Dostoyevski’s “Yeraltından Notlar” and Oğuz Atay’s “Tutunamayanlar” are written in different languages, using different words but they both ask us the same question “What does the ‘Tutunamayanlar’ try to tell us from underground?” The course of action leads the reader to the answer. The reason that both “Tutunamayanlar” and “Yeraltından Notlar” are always kept together is because of this. Yet, our purpose is not to put these novels on top of each other and see them as just one piece. The main statement of is article is the stories of people who cannot hang on to life (for various reasons) and therefore hide underground. Underground notes and Oğuz Atay’s “Tutunamayanlar” which (after many years) plots in a different correlated to setting the same dead and are directly correlated to “Yeraltından Notlar” the refuge that is seen in both novels. The relationship between the novels “Tutunamayanlar” and “Yeraltından Notlar” is about people who loose their ways in the earth. Our work was about how these people lost their ways and what happened to them that they lost their ways in the earth.
