MEVLÂNÂ IN TURKISH STORY WRITING
Mevlânâ Jelaluddin Rumi, one of the enormous names of Turkish Sufism as well as Turkish literature, has been treated in some genres of the Modern Turkish Literature such as novels, poems, short stories, theater plays, and he reflected on the mirror of Turkish modern literature with his works and personality. Rumi, who attracted the interest of Turkish short-story writers as well, has been attempted to be treated within the framework of the possibilities of short story with his personality, works, circle of friends and period. In this article, answers to such questions as how Mevlânâ is perceived in short stories and which discussions or criticisms have been treated due to Mevlânâ will be sought.
